Fexostad 120
OTC

Fexofenadine is an antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. Fexofenadine is a pharmacologically active metabolite of terfenadine, but fexofenadine has not been associated with cardiac toxicity, since it does not block the potassium channel involved in repolarization of cardiac cells. At therapeutic doses, fexofenadine does not cause drowsiness or adverse effects on the central nervous system. The drug has a rapid onset and a long-lasting action.
