Manufacturing Capabilities

STELLA has two advanced manufacturing facilities located in Vietnam.

Our facilities comply with international standard in quality systems, documentation systems, and processes to ensure its adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We focus on large-scale production of formulations in various dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, ointments, creams, liquid, etc.

At our facilities, Material Management System (MMS) is applied to ensure material’s assurance and control from the material income to finished product outcome. Our systems have made us the partner of choice for global pharmaceutical companies.

Our first production site is located in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City, accredited with local WHO-GMP.

It is designated for manufacturing of ointment forms, hormone and steroid products, etc. with design capacity for 360 million units of oral solid form (the “OSD”) and more than 1 million units of ointment preparation.

EU-GMP Manufacturing Facility

STELLA’s second production site is located in Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP 1), Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The designed output is up to 4 billion units for various solid dosage forms and 450 million units for liquid dosage forms.

This site has been accredited by various stringent regulatory authorities like EMA, PMDA, Taiwan FDA, WHO Prequalification, etc. and international organizations.
